Join us at our March 5th dinner meeting where the HDAA is excited to have two presenters provide information on the latest news on rental pricing in Hamilton and Canada wide.
We will be joined by Meherzad Bakht from Yardi who will present on the latest Yardi report on rental pricing trends. We will also be joined by Anthony Passarelli from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) who will be presenting the latest CMHC findings. Our President, Daniel Chin, will also be speaking on the latest bylaw updates in Hamilton.
Our dinner meetings are also great opportunities to network, meet other housing providers as well as meet suppliers to the industry.
